QBSW has established and maintained the Quality Management System according to the ISO 9001:2008. This system has been certified by the Det Norske Veritas (DNV) certification authority since 2003 and relates to the areas of analysis, design, development, delivery, upgrade, maintenance, and integration of information systems and their parts based on clients' requirements.
The periodical recertification audit of organizational processes performed by DNV in September 2009 confirmed the full compliance of quality management system with ISO 9001:2008. Information Security Management System according to the ISO 27001:2005
In September 2010, the audit focused on information security was successfully completed in QBSW. The system was certified by Vinçotte Slovakia. The ISO 27001 norm is one of the significant and recognized standards in the field of risk management. Environmental Management System according to the ISO 14001:2004
In December 2010, QBSW was certified according to the ISO 14001:2004 related to the Environmental Management System. This approach specifies the tools how to improve the profile of the organization towards the environment and enhances the credibility of the organization to customers, suppliers, neighborhoods and public.
