QBSW Quality Management System refers to the ISO 9001:2008

The recertification audit of QBSW business processes performed by Det Norske Veritas (DNV) in September 2009 confirmed that QBSW Quality Management System completely complies with the new international norm ISO 9001:2008.

The recertification audit of QBSW business processes performed by Det Norske Veritas (DNV) in September 2009 confirmed that QBSW Quality Management System completely complies with the new international norm ISO 9001:2008.

The Quality Management System at QBSW has been developing  since 2003 according to the standard ISO 9001:2000. Passing the periodic audit in 2006, the company has prolonged the validity of QMS for the next 3-year period. QBSW is certified to provide complex solutions in the fields of analysis, design, development, delivery, upgrading, maintenance, and integration of information systems and their parts according to clients’ requirements.

The care of a customer and perfect quality of our product are the main goals of QBSW. To be able to achieve those goals, QBSW is following these practices: independence in decision-making, the care of customers from objective position, coordination and effective selection of high quality suppliers of products and services, high skilled employees, flexibility and planned successfulness.

Quality Management System affects all management areas in QBSW. It is embodied in various internal written documents – such as the Quality Policy and the Quality Manual – regularly reviewed and audited. New Quality Goals are stated every year for all organizational management fields and levels. Their full attainment is continuously monitored throughout the year and furthermore evaluated.
